Joseph F. Kulas, Ph.D., ABPP is dedicated to providing

expert clinical assessment and consultative services for neuropsychological and psychological conditions. 

 

Dr. Kulas has significant experience working as a forensic consultant within clivil litigation, workers' compensation,  fitness for duty and disability evaluation contexts.

Dr. Kulas is licensed in both Connecticut and Vermont, and also is a Temporary Authorization to Practice Holder and an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology Holder (PSYPACT certifications), thus he is allowed to provide services across all but ten states both in-person and remotely.
